1. Eligibility

Our Platform is open to all users, including private individuals, real estate agents, and agencies worldwide. By using Doomum.com, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Posting Listings

You may post property listings by purchasing a subscription or credits. At this time, all users (both private individuals and agents/agencies) are required to pay for listings. Future plans may allow limited free listings for private users.

All content you submit (descriptions, images, property details) remains your intellectual property; however, by submitting, you grant Doomum.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use this content on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your listings. Doomum.com does not control property details, availability, or pricing.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We support card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay (if enabled by Stripe), and SEPA debit. All payment data is tokenized by Stripe; Doomum.com only stores limited non-sensitive information (e.g., last 4 digits of card, expiration date, subscription ID, and customer ID).

Subscriptions: You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged prorated fees accordingly.

Credits: Doomum Credits (1 credit = 1 EUR) may be purchased for one-time use (e.g., for listings or services). Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Refunds: At this time, we do not provide refunds for subscriptions, credits, or one-time payments, except as required by law.

4. User-Generated Content and Listings Disclaimer

All property details, including pricing, availability, location, and descriptions, are provided directly by users (agents, agencies, or private individuals). Doomum.com acts solely as a hosting and promotional platform.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of listings. Users are encouraged to independently verify information before making any decisions. Doomum.com is not responsible for disputes between buyers, renters, and listing owners.

5. Content Moderation

Doomum.com reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that is inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or violates these terms.

Currently, automated moderation is applied using AWS Rekognition to detect and block explicit images. Listings with prohibited or harmful content may be removed without notice. Manual moderation may be introduced in the future.

6. No Guarantees

We strive to provide a reliable, secure, and continuously available Platform, and we work to ensure that your listings receive appropriate visibility. However, like any online service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results (such as sales, leads, or inquiries). Your use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk. While we take reasonable measures to maintain service quality, Doomum.com is not liable for unforeseen interruptions, inaccuracies, or events beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doomum.com disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to inaccuracies in listings, pricing disputes, or failed transactions between users.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our [Privacy Policy].

9. Feedback

We may request or receive feedback regarding your experience with the Platform. By providing feedback, you grant Doomum.com a non-exclusive right to use it for product improvement and marketing purposes.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Doomum.com may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Platform, violate these terms, or engage in unlawful activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
