You confirm that you are an authorized agent or partner invited to participate in the beta phase.

3. Posting Listings

You may post property listings free of charge during the beta period.

All content you submit (descriptions, images, property details) remains your intellectual property; however, by submitting, you grant Doomum.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use this content on the Platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you post.

4. Content Moderation

Doomum.com reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or violates these terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or violate posting guidelines.

5. No Guarantees

We make no warranties regarding the availability, stability, or reliability of the beta Platform. We do not guarantee that your listings will receive any visibility, engagement, or leads.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Doomum.com is not liable for any loss of data, interruptions, inaccuracies, or damages arising from use of the beta Platform.

7. Privacy

8. Feedback
